The sad death of Boston lead singer Brad Delp has become even more eerie and tragic. Boston leader Tom Sholz has had to post on the official Boston website about allegations that he is responsible for Brad's suicide."Allegations have been made that Brad died because I put him in a difficult spot, because working with BOSTON made him unhappy, and then because he was sad that he had to tour without Fran [Cosmo]. I don't think this is true, or the reason a man with two children and an upcoming wedding would take his life.
This loss has devastated me, and now the accusation that I am responsible is crushing. Brad didn't have a mean bone in his body and would never say anything that would hurt someone; this is not the way Brad would have wanted it. Words cannot express how much I will miss him."
