I've never been a huge fan of Jon Lovitz. Until now. Last week Jon Lovitz pounded Andy Dick until Dick was bloodied. The scrap was over a longstanding feud the two had over the late Phil Hartman. Lovitz is incensed that Dick had given Hartman's wife cocaine when she was clean and sober. Lovitz also had issues with Dick's jeering Lovitz with Hartman comments after his death.

Laugh Factory owner Jamie Masada, who witnessed the assault, said, "Jon picked Andy up by the head and smashed him into the bar four or five times, and blood started pouring out of his nose." Lovitz told Page Six, "All the comedians are glad I did it because this guy is a [bleep]hole."
